In short

This website complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). It sets no cookies, uses no third-party services (no Google Fonts, no Google Maps, no social networks) and does not store your requests: they are sent by email and then the server forgets them.

Forms (visit request and contact)

The information you enter, and any plans or photos you attach, are sent by email to Jalon Renovation to prepare the visit and the quote. They are not stored on the website’s server.

A draft of your request (without the files) is kept in your browser (sessionStorage) until you close the tab, so that you lose nothing when going back a step.

On this demo website, the forms are checked but nothing is sent or stored. Closing the demo banner is remembered in the same way (sessionStorage) until you close the tab.

• Purpose: replying to your request, arranging the visit, preparing a quote.
• Recipient: Jalon Renovation only, through its email provider in Switzerland.
• Retention: as long as needed to handle the request, then as required by law if a contract is signed.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, they are measured with Umami, hosted in Switzerland, without cookies or personal data (page views, referrer, device type).
