Every Friday, Inès, our scheduling coordinator, sends you the plan for the following week: who is coming, when, and what will be done.

What our clients say
Sample review · demo website
-
« The schedule said three and a half weeks; we had the bathroom back after three weeks and four days. Every Friday Inès sent us the next week’s plan. We could shower every evening. »
Claire M., Champel Bathroom, 1965 building · May 2026
-
« We were moving from London and knew nothing about Swiss rules. Léa saw the apartment before we bought it, her estimate went to the bank, and the work was finished two days before the removal van arrived. »
James R., Cologny Whole apartment before moving in · February 2026
-
« The pack for the owners’ meeting was ready, with the classification of the works and the schedule. The schedule posted in the hall saved a lot of questions between neighbours. »

08 Questions
The five questions we are asked at every visit
How much does a renovation cost?
As a guide, VAT included: bathrooms from CHF 18’000, kitchen room renovation from CHF 12’000 excluding units and appliances, whole apartments from CHF 1’000 per m². The fixed price is set out in the quote, 10 working days after the visit.
How long do the works take?
Allow 2 to 4 weeks for a bathroom, 1 to 3 weeks for a kitchen and 6 to 12 weeks for a whole apartment. The planner gives you a week-by-week estimate for your project.
Can we stay at home during the works?
Yes for a bathroom or a kitchen: we phase the work so that a shower room stays usable, and set up a temporary kitchen if needed. For a whole apartment we advise against it: the work is quicker and cleaner in an empty home.
My building is older than 1991: what about asbestos?
In Geneva and in Vaud, an asbestos survey is compulsory before the works. We order it at the visit from a FACH-recognised firm. If removal is needed, it is done before the works start and built into the schedule.
What guarantees do I get after the works?
You have at least 60 days to report a defect from the day you discover it, and our contracts include the SIA 118 standard: a 2-year guarantee period during which you can report defects at any time, and a 5-year limitation period. A 5% retention stays with you until the two-year inspection.
