Can we stay at home? We advise against it.

For a full renovation, an empty home saves 2 to 3 weeks and spares you living in the dust. If you have no other option, we phase the work room by room and the schedule grows by about 20%.

  • Empty home: quicker and cleaner works
  • Partner storage company if needed
  • Room-by-room phasing possible, about 20% longer

Buying? We visit before you sign

You have found an apartment in Geneva or on La Côte, but it needs everything redoing. We visit it with you before you buy and give you an estimate your bank can use, with an honest range and a list of the risks (asbestos, risers, wiring).

The works take place between signing at the notary’s office and your move-in date. We prepare the paperwork while the purchase goes through, so we can start on the day you get the keys.

  • Pre-purchase visit and estimate for your bank
  • Asbestos survey ordered as soon as the sale agreement is signed
  • Works timed to the key handover date

06 Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does a full apartment renovation cost?

From CHF 1’000 per m² including VAT for an older apartment (electrics, floors, painting, bathroom and kitchen excluding units). Reconfiguring rooms or adding internal insulation increases the price.

Do I need a permit to move a partition?

It depends on the canton and the project. In Geneva, an internal alteration usually goes through the fast-track procedure (APA). In Vaud, light renovation without reconfiguration is exempt, while a major reconfiguration needs a permit. We check and prepare the application.

Can you run the project while I live abroad?

Yes. The Friday schedule update, photos at every milestone and a video call on site stand in for your presence. You sign any variations remotely.
