Can we stay at home? Yes.
We organise the work so that you always have a toilet and a shower: a second shower room if you have one, a temporary shower, or phasing that puts the toilet back into service every evening.
- Toilet back in service every evening
- Dust screen at the bathroom door
- Work between 8 am and 5 pm, cleaned every evening
03
Replacing the bath with a level-access shower
This is the request we hear most. In a building from the 1960s or 1970s, the challenge is the drain: a level-access shower needs a fall and a depth that the floor slab does not always allow.
At the visit we check where the riser is and how much depth is available. Depending on the case, we suggest a flush shower, an ultra-slim tray or a small step, and show you the price difference.
- Waterproofing tested before tiling
- Photos of the services before closing, handed over at milestone 3
- Ventilation checked at handover

06 Questions
Frequently asked questions
How much does a bathroom renovation cost?
From CHF 18’000 including VAT for 4 to 6 m², with a level-access shower and mid-range tiles. The fixed price is set out line by line in the quote.
Do the building’s risers need replacing?
Risers usually belong to the common parts of the building. We connect your bathroom to the existing riser and report on its condition. If it needs replacing, that is a decision for the condominium association (PPE) or the building owner.
Can you fit a shower toilet?
Yes; it needs a water supply and a protected socket behind the toilet. We put them in at milestone 3, even if you buy the toilet later.
How long before we can use the shower?
Grout and silicone need 24 to 48 hours to cure after installation. We note this on the handover report.
