A 1910 apartment renovated before move-in in Carouge

A family relocating from abroad bought an older three-bedroom apartment. We visited it before the purchase and renovated it between signing and moving in.

The starting point

The buyers, still living abroad, needed an estimate for their bank and a home ready on a fixed date, ten weeks after getting the keys.

What we did

Pre-purchase visit and estimate delivered in 8 working days, used for the mortgage application.
Asbestos survey ordered as soon as the sale agreement was signed: asbestos-containing floor adhesive removed before the works began.
A video call every Friday and photos at every milestone; variations signed remotely.
