A 6 m² bathroom in a 1991 building: no compulsory asbestos survey, and three weeks on site as planned.
The starting point
The owner wanted a simpler bathroom and a bigger shower, while keeping a bath for her grandchildren.
What we did
- A larger shower in place of the old cabinet, with the bath kept and re-clad.
- Textured tiles ordered at signature (8-week lead time).
- Neighbours on the landing informed, with the schedule of noisy days.
