Refurbishment between two tenancies in Eaux-Vives
For a property management agency: a two-bedroom flat refurbished in four weeks between one tenant leaving and the next moving in, with the LDTR application prepared in advance.
The starting point
The agency had five weeks between two leases. As a rented home in Geneva, the works required an LDTR permit.
What we did
- Fast-track LDTR application filed as soon as the lease was terminated: decision received in 23 days.
- Trades working in parallel (electrics and plumbing, then painting and floors).
- One invoice per property, with our partner trades’ receipts.
