The starting point

The architect had designed the project and obtained the permit. They were looking for a general contractor to carry out their specification, with a single point of contact on site.

What we did

  • A dedicated project manager attending the architect’s weekly site meetings.
  • Colours and skirting details approved on samples installed at milestone 3.
  • Schedule kept, two days ahead.
