A 1930s house in Coppet, upper floor renovated
The upper floor of a 1934 house renovated while the family lived downstairs: internal insulation, electrics, bathroom and parquet floors.
The starting point
The owners wanted a comfortable, better insulated upper floor without moving out, with a grant application filed before the works.
What we did
- Staircase closed off with a dust screen, site access from outside.
- Buildings Programme application filed by the owners before the start, using our description of works.
- Original cornices and doors removed, restored and refitted.
