The starting point

The condominium’s building manager had to present a priced project to the owners’ meeting, then carry out the works without closing the building entrance.

What we did

A pack for the owners’ meeting: description, quote, schedule and a proposal to classify the works as “useful” (double majority).
Works carried out in two halves, with a protected path to the lift.
Schedule posted in the hall and updated every Friday.
